Library
| There is always magic in the air... and in Mrs. O'Neal's Treasure Box, where a surprise relating to that week's story awaits. The stories are the best, from classics to the newest award-winners. There are also puppets, poetry and puzzles to be enjoyed by all.
There are fiction, nonfiction, and visits to the coolest web sites. In every book we savor the art, relish the rhymes, wonder at the words, find patterns and make predictions, and, best of all, giggle at the silly parts. It's all great fun - a solid and joyful first step into the world of libraries and literacy. Parents are encouraged to open their own library accounts and borrow from our outstanding collection. Pre-Primary classes come to the Lake Library for story time and to check out a book once each week. |
