Dance
|
Emphasis is on problem solving, using cooperative learning techniques that are often literature-based. Each girl has the opportunity to express herself with scarves, skirts, hats and other props. Students create and perform dances for themselves and others throughout the school year. Dance class meets three times in ten days for students in kindergarten through second grade. Third and fourth graders have dance class two times per week. |
