About the coach...
Mya Sullivan is a graduate of Cleveland Heights High School and Notre Dame College of Ohio. While in high school she was a captain of the track team. She competed in the hurdles, long jump, and relays. She was also a Junior Olympic qualifier in the Triple Jump. Most recently, Mya taught Mathematics and served as Assistant Coach for the Cross Country Team and the Girls' Track Team at Trinity High School in Garfield Heights, Ohio.
During the five seasons with Trinity, she helped coach the Girls' Cross Country team to a conference championship and both the Boys and Girls team to several appearances to Regional Competition. She also assisted the Girls' Track team to a Third Place Division II finish in 2003. In 2004, she coached the Division II 6th place finisher in the 300m hurdles (300H) and coached her to a 2nd place finish in 2005 as well as a 6th place finish in the 100H.
Mya is also the head varsity track and field coach.
