After two years of strategic planning work that included all Laurel constituencies, Laurel School's
DREAM, DARE, DO VISION was born.
The strategic plan is comprised of six "vision elements" (in bold below).
One of the nation's premier girls' schools, Laurel already has so much that contributes to the realization of these guiding vision elements. Where we felt there was more work to be done to ensure that a vision element is fully in place, we have crafted specific strategic initiatives.
These strategic initiatives are identified in italics below the relevant vision element.
