College Representative Visits
College Representative Visits
Drawn by Laurel’s highly qualified student body, over 100 representatives of college admissions offices visit each fall. These visits are a relaxed forum for students to ask questions and express interest in a college.
Seniors and juniors receive a notice in their mailboxes by Wednesday listing the colleges scheduled to visit the following week. Students who wish to attend a college rep meeting should sign up in the The College Guidance Office on the sheet posted on the bulletin board.
Teacher permission must be obtained prior to missing a class to attend a college rep meeting. Permission slips are available on the website or in The College Guidance Office and must be turned in at the time of the meeting.
