  • Hygeine Donation Sorting

    We will be collecting toiletries and socks for the Northeast Ohio Coalition for the Homeless. The Northeast Ohio Coalition for the Homeless organizes and empowers homeless and at-risk men, women, and children through public education, advocacy, and the creation of nurturing environments.

    Requested items: tube/crew socks, bars of soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair combs, hair ties, tampons/pads, alcohol free mouthwash disposable razors, shaving cream, brand new underwear, disposable diapers/wipes and deodorant.
  • Trail Mix Baggies for the Norma Herr Women's Center and Front Steps Housing and Services

    We will be accepting donations* of pretzels, Chex Mix, cereal, raisins, craisins and Ziploc baggies to be assembled and donated to the Norma Herr Women's Center and Front Steps Housing and Services.

    The Norma Herr Women's Center provides immediate shelter and services for women. The services provided to them help to overcome homelessness, trauma, physical abuse and substance abuse, and re-establish independence in the community.

    *Please no peanuts or nuts due to allergies.

  • Kids' Book Bank: Book Donations and Bookmark Mailing

    We will be collecting gently used books for students of all ages, preferably younger students, for the Kids' Book Bank. The mission of the Kids' Book Bank is to foster improved literacy and a love of reading by providing free books to children in need. In addition to collecting books, we will be making bookmarks to accompany the donated books.
  • Tie Blankets

    Volunteers will make tie blankets out of fleece fabrics that will be given to the homeless and women’s shelter for warmth during the winter months.
