Ethan Schwartz joined Laurel in 2025 as the Director of Facilities. Prior to that, he was a maintenance manager and plant engineer at Valtris Specialty Chemicals. Other positions include Manufacturing Engineer at Midwest Forge, Mechanical Engineer at Lincoln Electric, and Maintenance Foreman at Martin Marietta Magnesia Specialties. Mr. Schwartz earned a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo.
