Director of Laurel@Butler Talks Experiential and Outdoor Education with Crain's Cleveland

Heather Havre, Director of Laurel School@Butler, was included in a recent Crain's Cleveland Business piece titled, "Experiential Learning a Hallmark of Private School Education."
In the piece Heather discusses the new yurts that have been built on Laurel's Butler Campus to accommodate Grades 3 - 5, who are housed on this campus for the school year due to the COVID pandemic. She states that, "The yurts have always been a part of our master plan for the Butler Campus and they have become a nice bonus for us this year." In light of the pandemic, moving these grades to Butler allows for more time outdoors and also frees up additional space for students at the Lyman Campus.
