Abbey Jones Steinberg ’06

Mrs. Steinberg began her tenure in the Admissions Office of Laurel School in 2011. She is a touchpoint for each family that visits and attends Laurel and the coordinator of the Green Key student ambassador program.

Additionally, Mrs. Steinberg is an advisor in the Upper School and was previously the Ski Club Coordinator and Softball Coach for the Middle School.

Outside her role at Laurel, Mrs. Steinberg was a founding member of the Rainbow Babies & Children's Foundation Associate Board. During her time on this board, she served as both the Fundraising Chair and Events Chair. She has also served as a member of the Junior League of Cleveland, chairing Girl League, an annual event designed to inspire confidence, build skills, and educate young women the many opportunities and possibilities for their future. Mrs. Steinberg is currently a member of the Sunbeam Board for Vocational Guidance Services and is the Marketing Committee Co-Chair for the 2019-20 year.

A member of Laurel’s Class of 2006, she then graduated from Trinity College in Connecticut Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. in Religion and earned her M.Ed. in Educational Administration from Northeastern University.
