Heather Daly

A graduate of Wellesley College and with a master’s in management from the University of Illinois, Mrs. Daly has nearly 30 years experience in independent schools. She came to Laurel from St. Andrews School, a DE boarding school, where she was the Dean of Admission and Financial Aid.

Prior to that she spent a decade at Hawken School, initially as the Director of Admission and Financial Assistance and then as the Assistant Head of School for Enrollment Management. At Hawken, she advised the Head on numerous strategic initiatives including the creation of an urban extension campus for service and experiential learning, increased student of color enrollment and realized record enrollment for eight consecutive years. She has presented at numerous conferences and serves on the NAIS Financial Aid Advisory Task Force.
