Three Seniors Named National Merit Scholarship Finalists

High school students enter the National Merit Scholarship Program by taking the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test. Approximately 7,500 Finalists are chosen from the pool of roughly 15,000 Semi-Finalists. National Merit Finalists represent only 1.5 percent of all students who took the PSAT as Juniors. Finalists are eligible for National Merit Scholarships to be announced later this spring.
