• Upper School Winter Sports Information

  If your daughter is playing a winter sport, please make sure that you log into Final Forms to select the sport in which she will participate. In order to play a winter sport, a current physical must be on file with the Athletic Department. If you are unsure if your daughter’s physical is up to date, please login to Final Forms. Once logged in, you will see the status of the physical. If the physical is expired, go to the button that says “+PPE Medical”, this will lead you to the form that needs to be downloaded, printed and completed by the doctor. Questions?   Upper School Gymnastics

  Begins: Friday, October 31

  Practice Times: Practices will be held at Jump Start Gymnastics (23700 Mercantiles Rd, Beachwood, OH 44122) every Monday and Wednesday 7:00-9:00pm and select Fridays 4:15-6:15pm for a total of 96 hours for the season.

  Uniform Cost: $190 per gymnast paid to Laurel School.

• Youth Sports

  Third-Sixth Grade Basketball Teams—Registration Now Open!

  The 3rd-6th Grade Basketball program provides players with an intermediate approach to the sport of basketball. Coaches emphasize sportsmanship and teamwork. Coaches will teach fundamental skills such as dribbling, ball handling, passing, shooting, offense/defense, and much more. Players begin to develop these skills as they interact with their fellow teammates in practice and play games against other teams.

  • GRADES 3-4 PRACTICE: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:00-6:00pm | November 18 - February 10
  • GRADES 5-6 PRACTICE: Mondays & Wednesdays, 5:00-6:00pm | November 17 - February 11 
  • LOCATION: Lyman Campus

  • COST: $230/student (Maximum enrollment: 20 per grade)

Players may opt to go home and return for practice or attend After School at Laurel’s Supervised Play (Grades 3-5) and Middle School Homework Room (Grade 6) from 3:30-5:00pm at an additional flat rate of $100 for all sessions.   Boosters are passionate Gator fans who provide vital Athletics support and have a lot fun along the way! Through special events, dues collection and additional efforts, the Boosters raise funds to support Laurel's Athletics Department above and beyond the School's budget.

  • Make off-season tournament participation possible, provide uniforms to athletes and coaches, purchase specialized equipment and more.
  • Organize and run our Cornhole Tournament, Casino Night and Gator Golf fundraisers.
