LCRG Book Talk "Good Sleep"

Lyman Campus
GOOD SLEEP FOR ALL KIDS with Melisa Moore, PhD

Dr. Moore will join us at Laurel’s Lyman Campus for an engaging talk for parents to explore the science of sleep in a way that makes sense for real family life. She’ll look at how sleep impacts learning and emotion regulation and what parents can do to support healthier sleep without unrealistic rules or constant battles. She’ll also tackle some of today’s biggest sleep challenges including neurodivergence, screen time, busy schedules, and early school start times.

Parents will leave with a clearer understanding of what “healthy sleep” really looks like, plus practical tools and strategies to help their children and teens thrive.
