Laurel School accepts applications for Kindergarten–Grade 5 throughout the year.

How to Apply

The checklist outlines Laurel's application requirements. All items must be completed before the Enrollment Committee will review your application.

Application
- Application (online application or print full application pdf or application-only pdf)
- Parent/guardian questionnaire (online application or print questionnaire pdf)
- Teacher evaluation for Grades 1-5 completed by current teacher (online application or print Grades 1-5 evaluation pdf)
- Teacher evaluation for Kindergarten completed by current teacher (online application or print Kindergarten evaluation pdf)
- Records from candidate’s current school (online application or print records pdf)
- $40 non-refundable application fee

Student Screening
- Students are required to complete an academic assessment as part of their application to Laurel.
- Kindergarten applicants are required to attend a Gator Day Screening event.

Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE) for Grade 5

ISEE tests are offered in the fall, winter and spring. Students may test at any of the locations. The location options and more information on ISEE testing may be found through their parent website: www.erblearn.org. Laurel School’s ISEE code is 361305.
