Kate Bondi Floyd '96

Mrs. Floyd has served as Laurel’s Director of Marketing and Communications since 2013. A Laurel alumna and proud mother of three Laurel girls, she brings both professional expertise and a deep personal connection to the School.

Mrs. Floyd began her career in advertising at Leo Burnett in Chicago, where she worked with business-to-business clients before moving to consumer brands such as Allstate Insurance and Blackberry (Research in Motion). She then joined Ogilvy to gain packaged goods experience on the Kimberly-Clark business. Mrs. Floyd later returned to Leo Burnett as an Account Supervisor on the McDonald’s national kids and family business and the global Ronald McDonald business.

Mrs. Floyd earned her B.A. in Organizational Management from the University of Michigan. She  has served on the Sunbeam Board for Vocational Guidance Services where she was the Marketing Co-Chair for several years and currently sits on the board of Heights Youth Theatre.
