Mrs. Steinberg began her tenure in the Admissions Office of Laurel School in 2011. A member of Laurel’s Class of 2006, she then graduated from Trinity College in Connecticut Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. in Religion and earned her M.Ed. in Educational Administration from Northeastern University.
In addition to her role in the Admissions Office as a touchpoint for each family that visits and attends Laurel and the coordinator of the Green Key student ambassador program, Mrs. Steinberg has served as an advisor in the Upper School, Ski Club Coordinator and Middle School Softball Coach.
Outside her role at Laurel, Mrs. Steinberg was a founding member of the Rainbow Babies & Children's Foundation Associate Board. During her time on this board, she served as both the Fundraising Chair and Events Chair. She has also served as a member of the Junior League of Cleveland, chairing Girl League, an annual event designed to inspire confidence, build skills, and educate young women the many opportunities and possibilities for their future. Mrs. Steinberg recently completed her 6 year tenure on the Sunbeam Board for Vocational Guidance Services, serving as the Marketing Co-Chair for multiple years.
Mrs. Steinberg is an active member of AISAP (Association of Independent School Admissions Professionals), recently presenting at their annual conference on Laurel's impressive retention efforts. She is currently completing their LEAP certificate program (Leadership for Enrollment and Admissions Professionals).
In her free time, Mrs. Steinberg enjoys spending time with her husband, Adam, and two children (Evelyn, '38 and Nathan, Preschool).
