LCRG Book Talk: GOOD SLEEP FOR ALL KIDS with Melisa Moore, PhD
Lyman Campus
When pediatric sleep expert Dr. Melisa Moore had her first child, she already had a decade of experience helping families overcome sleep challenges, but nothing prepared her for the reality of managing sleep in her own household. The traditional advice she’d relied on as a clinician felt too rigid, unrealistic, and ineffective for real life. So she went to work to create the flexible, evidence-based approach she offers in her new book The Good Sleep Guide for Neurodivergent Kids (New World Library, March 4, 2026). Dr. Moore will join us at Laurel’s Lyman Campus for an engaging talk for parents of neurotypical and neurodivergent kids alike, Melisa will explore the science of sleep in a way that makes sense for real family life.
We’re delighted to invite you to a special evening celebrating the start of your family’s journey at Laurel School. This parent-only event will include a warm welcome from Head of School Christina Breen, along with informative sessions tailored to each division.
Come meet fellow new families, learn more about what to expect in the year ahead, and discover how Laurel’s mission and community will support your child’s growth and success.
