Rida Tahir ’27 Receives Award at Ohio School Safety Summit

Rida presented her research, “A Two-Part Plan: Keeping the Youth’s Intellect Safe,” an extension of her Capstone project focused on preserving intellectual safety and supporting healthy academic environments for young people. Her work sparked interest among education and safety leaders from across Ohio.

In recognition of her leadership and contributions, Rida received an award at the summit and was selected to serve as an Upper Council Member for the 2026-27 Ohio Student Safety Advisory Council, where she will help mentor and guide new members.
