Senait P. ‘31 Included in PSA as Member of Youth Section of the NCNW

Senait P. ‘31 is a Charter member of the Youth Section of the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW), Lorain County Section. She and her NCNW Youth Sisters recorded a PSA to promote mental health awareness among teens, especially girls.

The PSA was produced in partnership with the Mental Health, Addiction, and Recovery Services Board of Lorain County. Last November, Senait also participated in a conference at Lorain County Community College that launched the county's new Black Girl Rising chapter, a nonprofit that helps Black girls build confidence.
