Favorite Class: My favorite class at Laurel has been Anatomy. I am so fascinated by the human body and in this class, Ms.Topping gave a lot of insight to many different aspects of human anatomy. We learned about bones, muscles, the brain, nerves, and tissues. This class was also very hands on; we took part in many dissections that allowed for me to learn on a deeper level while seeing results in real time.
Favorite Laurel Thing: My favorite thing about Laurel is, by far, the community. Although I have been at Laurel practically my entire life, the community has been so welcoming in areas that I was new to. Similarly, the Laurel community has always been uplifting, supporting, and encouraging. Whether its my Senior Speech, playing on the Lacrosse field or celebrating academic success, there are always classmates there to cheer you on. When one person succeeds, we all prosper. That is what I love about Laurel.
