Erin Thomas ’22 Earns 1st in OSU Writing Contest

Laurel alum Erin Thomas ’22 has earned 1st place in the Kitty O. Locker Undergraduate Professional Writing Contest through The Ohio State University’s Department of English.

The award is for Erin’s marketing proposal to support Ohio Sea Grant (OSG) and Stone Lab's (SL) Plastic Free Great Lakes campaign. Erin spent months of research and dedication to develop innovative marketing strategies to strengthen OSG/SL's mission for plastic-free environments. The writing award comes with cash award. Congratulations!
