Laurel’s Dining Services on Display in Recent Cleveland Jewish News Story

Laurel Executive Chef Marlon Simmons was featured in a Cleveland Jewish News story about Laurel’s breakfast and lunch options and the overall dining experience for the hundreds of students, faculty, and staff members who come through the Dining Rooms every day. Healthy, fresh choices and variety, coupled with student feedback, were the central themes of the story.
“A healthy lunch starts with our kids,” Mr. Simmons said. “We really like the ball to be in their court when we plan the menu. We keep it healthy, but talk to and communicate with them. We hold surveys two to three times a year. We also keep the menu moving and keep it fresh for them.”
