Claire Leland’s Celiac Support Network Featured in Local Media

As part of her Capstone project, Claire Leland ‘26 launched the Celiac Support Collective, a nonprofit to help bring gluten-free foods to local food pantries. Spectrum 1’s Community Focus featured Claire, who delivered her first donation to the Emergency Assistance Center in Northfield Center Township.

Nordonia Hills News also interviewed Claire and wrote a story about her nonprofit to address food insecurity for gluten-sensitive individuals.
