Elizabeth Weingart ‘26 to have Law Review Article Published

Elizabeth's Capstone project focused on investigating legal pathways for health insurance reform and she worked with Laurel alum Dr. Ellen Rome ‘80, Head of Adolescent Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic. Elizabeth's piece, “Congress’s Commerce Clause Duty to Mandate Insurance Coverage for Inpatient Anorexia Treatment: The Economic Impacts of Inaccessible Care,” will be published in early 2026. This is an incredible achievement showcasing Elizabeth’s passion for research, policy, and advocacy.
