Laurel Students Place on the Podium at Junior Olympics

Congratulations to Savannah Hameed '24 and Margaret Jones '23 on their success in August at the Junior Olympics Meet at North Carolina A&T University.

Savannah's javelin throw of 110' 10" gave her a 7th place podium finish in her age group, and Margaret's shot put throw of 40' 3 1/4" gave her a 6th place podium finish in her age group.
