In April, Laurel hosted the annual Student Art Exhibition, which highlighted the visual arts accomplishments of students in Grades Nine through Twelve. Now in its thirteenth year, this exhibition is made possible through an endowment established by Frank and Virginia Judd Beam '54.
Throughout the year, students have the opportunity to work in a variety of media, including drawing, painting, sculpture, ceramics, photography, textiles, digital art, and more. Winners are selected by a panel of judges composed of art professionals from the Northeast Ohio community. Our very own community of students selects the People's Art Awards.
