Seniors Natalie Casa and Sophia Casa Continue to Make Theater Magic

The festival recognizes talented playwrights in grades 1-12 and celebrates the creative voices of youth from across Northeast Ohio. Submissions are scored by three adult judges and select scripts are produced on the Dobama stage for the Festival. Sophia's short play is one of 10 that will be performed June 2-4.

 

In addition, A Formal Night Evening, which was written and performed by Sophia and her sister Natalie Casa '23, is a nominee in the 2023 Cleveland.com High School Standouts Awards in the category of Top Stage Performance! Natalie and Sophia are one of the five honorees that were chosen out of the 280 nominations in this category. The final winner will be revealed in June.
